I got to the dispensary at the last minute right before closing. Mind you I am a medical patient and I was already inside. I wanted to add one more pre roll but Jhanay (the security guard gave me her name) told me I couldn’t add another pre roll to my order and I was already inside. As she ran out my order, the security guard went to another worker and said and I quote “I’d like to place an order for my girl.” He began to read off his phone his order and he was able to place his order. I asked her again can I add just one more pre roll and she said no. She cashed out my order and as I was talking to the security guard on the way out the door she began to say “Have a good weekend. Good bye and said my name out loud as I exited the building. I did not leave her a tip, neither did I even say anything back but I felt she was rude and insensitive to me asking to add to my order considering I had to drive from the south suburbs to get the medication I needed. She was very rude and I would never like for her to gather my order ever again.
