This is my daytime weed. Either smoke it or put a few grams of finely ground weed in a small mason jar. Seal the lid tightly. Preheat a good temp controlled oven to 240 degrees and pop that sucker in there for one hour. Lay the jar on it's side. About half way through, give it spin to mix it up. At the end of the hour take it out and wait for it to completely cool to touch. open the top slowly and inhale the air inside the jar carefully. you might get quite a buzz. after that I just have a half a teaspoon with some hot coffee. it's that simple just heat and eat. great for back pain on a day you have to work.
