Purchased Levo 2 Sept./2020 and noticed potency was off and thought I was doing something wrong.
Today while infusing oil at 165 degrees F I checked the temp of the oil after 5 minutes and it was over 272 degrees F.
That explains the potency problem. Now to customer service, non existent at best. They have no phone number and the chat is a joke, which really isn’t chat at all. Just enter your email and they will reply in 2 days. I followed along and received an email which didn’t address the problem. The replicas more of a cut and paste from Q&A and then a thank you. The reply from the second email was, our small but mighty team of customer support is experiencing high ticket volume. I wonder why.
Buy something else.
