This was the first time in this store and definitely my last. We recently moved to the area and had finished some Christmas shopping and chose this place on the way home since we had never been there. We researched the website and seen they had a first time shopper discount on the main website representing all the stores under the Floyd's name. Where it says VIP discounts it had listed several discounts the stores offered, starting off with the mentioned discount: first time customers 25% off first purchase, birthday discount 25% off total order, loyal customers is 25% off every 8th visit. Fantastic reasons to shop there, why would you shop anywhere else. When we got to the store and mentioned the first time customer discount, we were told I don't think we offer that anymore, let me go talk to a Manager. They came back with the response "next time bring in a screenshot". We sat in the parking lot and pulled up the website to make sure we didn't see something that wasn't there. Went back to the Floyd's website and on the main page under every store listing that carries the name Floyd's Cannibis and back to the section where it lists off those 3 VIP discounts previously mentioned. Take the phone inside to show what the website says so if they don't offer the discount they can understand why people ask for that specific discount and maybe reach out to have the website reflect that. Instead of getting upset and rude and say it was for the last store on the list not realizing no store had been chosen at that time and it was the main company page. Maybe take a moment to perform actual customer service, but from the reviews I read after our experience it seems to be common practice at this store.
