⭐ Zero stars if I could. I have given this dispensary far more chances than it deserves, and after today I am completely done. In a state like Oregon where cannabis options are everywhere, it is shocking that this level of service and product quality still exists—especially when this is the only dispensary within roughly 20 miles of the area. I have been a frequent, loyal customer and have spent a significant amount of money here, coming in multiple times a week out of convenience. That loyalty has not been matched with even basic customer respect. Today was the final straw. The payment system issues are constant. I placed a pickup order, came in ready to pay, and once again multiple cards would not work. The ATM was also down. This is not an isolated incident; it has happened repeatedly over many visits. Instead of any real attempt to help or resolve the issue, I was told to go elsewhere to get cash. At this point, it feels less like random technical issues and more like a consistent failure to support paying customers. The customer service experience has been the biggest problem. Management behavior has been consistently dismissive and unhelpful, and on multiple occasions I have felt ignored or brushed off while trying to complete a simple transaction. During today’s visit, while I was actively trying to resolve payment issues, I was left waiting without assistance while attention was given elsewhere. That lack of basic customer support is extremely frustrating. This is not just my experience either. My mom, who is in her 60s, came in looking for CBD products and left feeling dismissed and uncomfortable due to the same attitude. I have also heard from a former employee that this environment is not new or isolated, which unfortunately aligns with what I have experienced firsthand. There are still individual employees who try their best—one older gentleman in particular has always been kind and helpful—but the overall environment does not support good service. On top of that, the product selection is underwhelming compared to other dispensaries. The flower does not stand out, and the cartridges often feel low quality compared to what is available elsewhere in Oregon. The pricing and promotions do not make up for the lack of consistency or quality. A business cannot survive long term just by being the closest option. Customers remember how they are treated. I have spent too much money here to consistently feel disregarded and undervalued. At this point, I would rather drive farther and go elsewhere than continue dealing with repeated issues and poor service. This location has lost a loyal customer entirely due to the overall experience.
