A few weeks ago I went back to urbn leaf to pick up something to try to help my cousin. I take care of her in my home. She is always in pain and anxiety due to many medical reasons. Her pain is getting worse and causes her so much anxiety.... When I told the employee Kellee who was helping me that I can't seem to find anything that helps my cousin feel better spending a lot of money trying different products. Kellee told me about a product that would help. Kellee took her time trying to find the right product. Kellee you listened and asked questions. You picked out something that has helped my cousin better than anything she has tried before. A couple of days ago I needed to buy more and Kellee said your store was sold out. Kellee gave me her cell # and when she was at home she called your La Mesa store to see if they had what I needed. I called her that evening and she told me the La Mesa location was going to help me and they did! We need more caring people like Kellee in this line of work who really care and know what they are talking about. My whole family is so happy to finally see our cousin calm and relaxed.
