First thing I noticed about this location is that the environment is very clean, classy and polished looking. If the grungy rasta kids from the 90's could have seen the future, they would have cried and rent their garments in sorrow. Second, the staff here (we've been helped by three different employees on different occasions) were each very knowledgable about the product, friendly and helpful in determining what product would be best for us. And finally, when I came in for a third visit sans receipt just praying to god they would help with a malfunction in my product, they were extremely gracious and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Not only did the rep replace my malfunctioning cartridge that had been half used at no charge but seeing that the price of the item had dropped since my purchase was made, he made up the difference in price with a few lozenges. Highly, highly recommend anyone visit this location.
