I’ve been here several times. Twice for myself and a few times with my brother. We go out of our way because the selection is nice. Today, after placing my order and waiting for confirmation, I headed to AmediCanna. Upon arrival I found a giant liquor truck delivering next door, no problem. It was raining and I got out my vehicle because there was no where to drive up. Two employees were dealing with a customer, still in their vehicle because there was room for only one. I waited, 6feet away, with a mask, for over ten minutes while they did business with the vehicle in front. I thought, clearly they see me, but won’t acknowledge. Maybe they’re not open yet, maybe there is an answer. Called the business line provided in my text confirmation , someone answered and said yes in fact they were open and to come out front for pick up. I hung up the phone and continues to wait for another 10 minutes. Nothing. Then both gentleman walked inside and didn’t come out. By now the delivery truck had left and cars were beginning to pull up. After being the second customer there, with a pre placed order, I waited for 20 minutes and left. Not cool to not acknowledge a customer or let them know you’re busy. Too many other options to not pay attention to customer service. I don’t recommend going unless you enjoy waiting, second in line, multiple employees, and no service for over 20 minutes.
