First time coming through, very excited to have a Ponderosa closer to Mesa and Chandler. One employee said this location is closer to her (Glendale) than the Glendale location. I had a lot of points to use! 😁 Absolutely blown away by the FRIDGE in the WALL!! Love that all of the concentrates are refrigerated, and such a lovely display. My budtender said "Let's check out the fridge" and waved behind us, I almost cried. I do think it's important to note that not all budtenders are trained on all products and how to handle them equally. My budtender /did/ hold my 3-gram sauce and badder on their sides for a few moments throughout the process, which did leave a little loss? It's okay though, it wasn't enough to actually consider a loss though, just a lil sauce on the lid that was easily recovered and dabbed first. Overall the experience was very enjoyable and refreshing. Such a lovely atmosphere 😁
