This place is by far the worst place I have been to. I have been to many other Medical & Recreational dispensaries (even other Greenhouses locations). First time customer. My nectar collector broke so I saw Deerfield had them in-stock so I called to see if the collector was 10mm & if it would work with a 10mm titanium tip. Worker confirmed over the phone about 10mm & it came with new titanium tip. Placed order & went to dispensary (30 min away). Dispensary was incredibly hard to find (located in back side lot of large business center) & still curbside pickup only due to Covid-19, when all other places (even other Greenhouse locations) are allowing walk-ins for the last several months? Pickup item from curbside worker. Item ended up being a glass nectar collector that was not 10mm and no titanium tip. Voiced my complaint with curbside worker & told them about my original phone conversation. Curbside worker said I order correctly and that I would need to buy a "10mm" tip for $27 and that would solve my issue. I told the curbside worker that I had a 10mm tip from the previous nectar collector and I drove home. When I got home, guess what? The 10mm titanium tip didn't not fit the glass piece because the glass piece is not 10mm. What a waste of time (over 90 min) & money! I even originally gave the curbside worker $1 & change tip when I received my order. Also, the security officer creeps directly next to your car & give you weird looks when you arrive. I'm a CEO of a company and I would never operate my company like this. Very unprofessional. First & last time I will ever buy from Deerfield location.
