Customer service is the best!

There is a real problem with the pricing. The online order gives a lower total than when you pick it up. SURPRISE! They increase it 25% and you owe much more than expected. Why is it different? Why do I have an issue every time I check out. They have no idea what they are doing and WILL NOT honor advertised prices. I wish I could rate 0 for scamming innocent customers. Buyer beware.

I am really disappointed in the non-selection of RSO Products at the Catonsville location of Ethos. Your Baltimore Ethos location has at least 10 different varieties, but I am not willing to drive 45 minutes. All of my business (and it’s a lot) goes to Trilogy and dispensaries that carry a selection of RSO in THIS AREA. Keep up with the demand man.
