Their delivery service sucks. You must schedule your delivery time when you order. The only choices are the hours. 11 am 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm ect. I'm not so dumb that I know everyone who signs up for a delivery at 11 am (the earliest choice) is going to get their order at 11 am. So the drivers start out behind. I too, have waited HOURS beyond the delivery time. I have called and was told I"d be texted the drivers' eta. Never happened. The same day, after no text, I called and was told she'd call me back with driver's eta. Never happened. I have to go to work in the afternoon, and can't wait beyond 2 pm. This last time was my day off. Scheduled it the day before, for an 11 am delivery. Didn't show up until 3 pm!!!!!! There goes my day off. I doubt I'll be using them again. I don't have an entire day to wait for pot delivery.
