Told my medical ID had expired, told them I was sure that wasn’t the case but they told me I’d have to pay medical rates. Double and triple checked after leaving. Medical card doesn’t expire until 2028 and I did my last doctor renewal September last year. 3 month before it will expire, had a medical card since 2019. Person working the desk didn’t even check anything and told me to just pay a 9% sales tax. Never coming back, counter staff gaslighting me into paying more.
