Completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. I placed an online order expecting a quick pickup, but the store layout and customer service made it a total mess. When I walked in, no one greeted me or even bothered to ask if I was picking up or doing a walk-in. There are zero clear signs directing you where online orders should go, so you just end up waiting in the exact same long line as every walk-in customer taking their time. Pre-ordering here is completely pointless. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere with a dedicated express line or a drive-thru.
