Getting to this place is a nightmare if you’re driving from the city. That said, I recommend BesaMe Smithville for their fantastic customer service. Everyone there wore a mask properly. For me, and other people with reduced immunity, that’s huge! I went to get some single grams of different strains. They were out of some of them, and made gram quantities for me anyway. The bud tender was super nice and knowledgeable, and actually *talked me out* of some of the things in my list, because they were more likely to make me anxious. A+ will go back.

Cannot comment on flower quality, since I’m new. The lobby is nice, and everyone who worked there was wonderfully pleasant. I went to BesaMe-NKC because they had strains I was curious about in single gram packs - perfect for someone trying to find the best strains for MMJ. All of that said, I’m not going back. I was midway through checking in when a bud tender (?) came out of the back with no mask on at all. When they saw I was there, they grabbed a face shield. The trouble is that face shields do nothing as far as Covid protection goes, either for the wearer or people around them. I wish I had asked for my cards back and left. I’m MMJ for real, and have a crummy immune system. If they can’t take precautions to help out vulnerable people, I can’t go there.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They even helped me over the phone! I picked up my meds through the drive through window. Be sure to join the loyalty program. You get a killer deal right away. One concern: guy at the drive through window wore his mask under his chin, which makes me nervous about opening my new stuff. I will wait a few days and let any potential Covid-19 die off. I’m glad I didn’t go inside - I would have walked right back out. Everyone else I interacted with was properly masked. In spite of that, I recommend this dispensary for quick and friendly service, their degree of patience with my noob ass, and the drive-through option with online ordering through their site. Sooo much nicer, informative, knowledgeable and less expensive than the other dispensary I visited.

Newbie med patient learning about flowers from Leafly. Cannot judge flower quality. As another reviewer mentioned, nobody distanced appropriately. I didn’t want to stand within 6 feet of the bud tender, because he wore his mask below his nose. Line was very long, and and people in line acted like they didn’t know Covid was a thing. I’m never going back. If the place can’t take my health seriously, I’m happy to take my $ elsewhere.
