Just got my renewal and had to go shopping! Just like my last visit, they were fast, friendly and make shopping fun. Bean once again helped me to pick out some new products to try. I am really excited to try them because the last recommendations were fabulous! I was happy that I got to tell someone who I met at The Releaf Clinic about Sanctuary. Even happier that she was already there when we got there. She looked happy when she left too. They had another great 50% off day, so I was able to really stock up. I love this place!

Summer was super kind and helpful. But due to a policy change, I think I will go elsewhere. I served, gave them my DD214 to copy for their records when I first went because of the veteran's discount. I do not have a military ID because I was released from service due to a medical issue. Too low a % to get disability, so no ID. Went in yesterday and they are telling me no more discount because I do not have an ID, even though they have my 214 in their records. So they expect vets to bring in the 214 every time we go in. This form is precious and to get it replaced if lost or damaged it takes a TON of paperwork. Just not willing to do this. Wish Harvest never sold out to them. I miss their products and good sense. (BTW, I did get a one-time override discount thanks to Summer and her manager, so thanks!)
