Walked in to a decent line around lunch time, moved fairly quick. The person that checked us in was great, and incredibly helpful with what questions I had. Got to the tender who was annoyed off the jump - asked about ROSIN products, and was pointed to resin repeatedly. After making the distinction for probably the fourth time, the tender pointed me to what ‘rosin’ cartridge she would recommend. Lo and behold, walked out with a RESIN cart that I don’t even want. Any question I asked seemed like an issue to her, incredibly frustrating. Please make sure your tenders know what products they’re selling, and less gum chewing.
