The rewards program seems sketchy. It works whenever it wants or so they want you too believe. My girlfriend went In 10/18/25 and was able to redeem her loyalty points. I got in 10/21/25 and they tell me it's offline. I'm done I shopped there for over a year and can't redeem points. I feel like there controlling it and only do it here and there to control price inventory etc. I will not be returning at all. Unless they let me redeem all rewards. Mass here I come.
