I have been coming in for years and have probably spent and embarrassing amount of money within that time, Well into 10k if not way more…. And today I called and spoke to a lady in LS, and explained to her how my BATCH product is completely burnt up while it would run in my pocket and with two days it was bone dry…. (Side not I have never asked for a return or a replacement once, not even with the numerous ones that were going bad when they first took over). Now the operator tells me she how bad that sucks and that I’m still in my 14day grace period so come on up and they will exchange it…. I go up there and explain everything to the girl, and before I can even finish, some guy comes in from behind and shuts all niceness down and goes to straight business… about how they can’t do anything because it’s empty… even though they knew exactly why it was burnt up empty… and you could even see the light flickering and acting up while I was there… And after all that, after all the talk talk talk, they say we can give you %25 off your next purchase!!! 🤦🏼‍♂️. I then had them look up how much money I’ve spent with them, and how long I’ve been a a customer and if I have ever once brought anything back to them… and they didn’t answer and said they could give me 25% off next time… and then asked what I would like to get today… Like excuse? It will be Lucky if I ever spend another dollar with them…. Because all though I love Meghan and a few others…. I just felt like I was a thief trying to return something I never bought… And this was all over a $60 BATCH Vape… All that money they make and all the pens they have. Mixed with all the money I’ve spent and never returned one item. And they couldn’t say, sorry thank you for being such a great customer and sticking with us… and just give away something they give away numerous times a day, to people that are actually scamming them and know how to do that…. But a customer that spend more money than they should, pretty much gets told we will give you a $6.00 discount next time for you broken vape . Very disappointing and don’t know if how close they are is even worth giving them more of my money after they way the two managers handled that and came at me with the double team. To where I almost couldn’t keep up with who was say who… (Not to mention my license is cracked, but still works everywhere, and has worked there the past 4-5 times, and today when they were giving me the run around over something that cost them $10.00 or less, that they were already doing me a huge favor for letting me in with a cracked ID…. And then when I said as long as it scans there shouldn’t be a problem right? And she didn’t answer…. “Doing me a favor”!!! I would have loved to have seen when that was…. Right then at the end, or when I was lied to twice, once on the phone and then at the store…. I never write reviews, but this was just awful… I think I’m done there unless they want to some how make it right. Don’t know what that looks like really.. and without anything from them I definitely cant see myself recommending them to anyone I care about or people I don’t … like I always did before.
