We arrived at KOB at 3pm on 420 after a hard day at work. The line was outrageous as to be expected. While I was at the back of the line I asked the man at the front door if it was looking like we would get in from where we were. Because the people at the front of the line had been there since 9am. Waited patiently for 3 hours in line no odor issue. Meanwhile people in front of us were selling ppl spots in line so they wouldn't have to go to the back. The moment we got the to front of the building the line froze and didn't move for 2 more hours after 6 hours in line I approached a worker to ask if it looked like we were going to get in and was again told we looked good to get in. 8:30pm rolls around and they finally decide to tell everyone that if we didn't get in by 8:45 we wouldn't get in. When asked why they didn't tell us an hour ago that it looked like we wouldn't get in, every single staff member responded with ridiculous attitude like they were the ones standing in the cold for 6 hours. Instead of accepting accountability they proceded to blame us for staying in line knowing they would close at 9. They decided to pass out a QR code with a 50% coupon for another day but my phone died after 6 hours in line and the workers told me there was basically nothing to be done if I couldn't scan the code. When i asked for a manager He then procèded to tell me that we knew they would close at 9 and they didn't have to do anything for me to remedy the situation. The worker who was handing out the QR code decided that he was tired of me expressing my frustration to another customer in line and told me I was "talking a lot of shit" when I wasn't even talking to him. Not one member decided to accept accountability for their poor exécution instead they decided to blame the customer for waiting around when they made sure to make us stick around until every dispensary was closed so we would have no choice but to accept their coupon as a résolution. So we get 50% off one transaction while everyone else received half off 2 3 and 4 transactions. If I didn't have to go back to redeem the coupon I would never go back because of how unprofessional and rude every single staff member was. We drove all the way from Chicago an all we received was Lies and attitude. Terrible customer service all around
