I have never been to the store but found the product online and found it to be absolutely wonderful. (It is also a pity that this stupid review page demands that I assess the ATMOSPHERE of a place I have never visited - this place does do online business. Pay no attention to my 1-star review as I was forced to do soomething) So wonderful that I would never want to spend a day without it. I thought that I could make this simple and easy with a monthly subscription so I would always have my supply available. Unfortunately, it has shown to be a not-so-good idea. 28 days ago my card was charged as was expected. The unexpected part is that my product never arrived. I reached out and after several attempts in a week, I received a note blaming the post office. So maybe the post office is to blame but I did not hire the post office. 2 weeks later there is still no product. What I did was pay for a product I never recieved. Now I send emails asking for a refund or a replacement and none of my 30+ emails get returned. This is an easy sale and easy money because it is an auto-recurring sale. It does not take much to keep me happy - probably as easy as answering my email. But I am getting no response.
My business is built on recurring payments and the recurring paying customer is so valuable I would deliver the product personally to keep the happy customer satisfied. But that is ok - personal delivery is not necessary - I really do not care if you put it on an Uber car or even strap it to a turtle as it would likely have been here by now.
Now in 2 days, you will charge my card again and I still have no product.
