Wicked Superstore (Open 24hrs)

i loved this store and shop here multiple times a day at that literally love every one there up until recently when the GM banned me and my sister because one of their workers ( Rochelle) she’s an older caucasian lady and was very rude to us … in the store that day we all purchased something from there and also got something for someone in the car so as we were leaving we grabbed an extra drink she made it her business to stop what she was doing and to come to the door and tell us to only grab one drink which is understandable but she didn’t care to here us out or anything her vibe and the approach was not caused for plus we were just getting an extra drink for someone who bought something .. after she went and changed her story and cried to the GM he came outside yelling and told us to not come back . I feel was unacceptable what happen to the customers always being right ? We didn’t talk to her out of line or anything but she immediately was rude to us .. she’s always rude to us when we come in so i don’t know if it eas in her agenda that day to get us banned

This is a lie. They don't have any of these strings that you see for $9 or $12 or 20. They only still have the jars

I showed up and bought a can of whipits and I forgot the tip. I went back to get it and the guy yelled at me for grabbing one. I'm a paying customer and a business owner! No need to yell at your customers for getting a tip. Next time I'll bring back my can of whipits and you can give me back my money

People are giving..no nonsense. I was surprised on safety and security ..along with a family invite and more then excellent hospitality..thanks guys ..I'll be back and tell my friends and family give stars

They are great and all, I've been it a few times but I get hussled because I look like I'm 15. After I prove I'm of age they still watch me like I'm a theif. It's cool I guess they have ok products but they are expensive.

The budtender that helped me today was amazing!! I told her the amount of money I had and she made sure I was able to leave with the amount I needed. I will keep coming back!

Customer service is always exceptional.Never a problem, always get in fast and get out fast.No doelays. love the store!

Usually going in is a breeze. Here lately, the atmosphere is not as light as normal. If you have a complaint about something, people want to come at you like you're a thief. MO and Curtis are great but regular employees can be difficult. Not happy.

I used to come when you first opened. You may remember I teased about wanting a free bong for my wedding. I moved to PA and the pipes you sell for $8 are $30 here. PLEASE sell online or let me buy through email. I MISS YOU

not my first time here usually love it get the same things every time, opened up my daps and they were over half empty. paid over $30 for less then half of the tiny thing it came in anyways, not to meticulously bit the right daps even after i asked for the right ones. might be my last time here after this

I am from Kansas City and I was looking for a half gram cart and I was going to pay for it but I meant the owner and he was the sweetest man ever he gave it to me for free and threw in some gummies I was blown away how generous and kind he was for it being my first time I would recommend this place to be the best place for all your needs.

Wow! Where do I start?! The store has such a positive, uplifting experience from the minute you pull into the parking Lot! The staff are eager to help & always friendly. I tend to load up on products I love when I shop just to be sure I get them before they fly off the shelves & with all deals going on how could I not! Will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone & will be returning soon to see what’s new!!
