Friendly and quality. I will be back. Sure the showroom is smaller but it’s a non issue. Lots of great rotating deals through the week.

I had to choose my pre roll from a tablet. I was hoping to be able to look at (not a picture) what i was about to buy.
They prerolls were both low thc yet “best sellers” according to the advisor I had. The store was small, there was a few people in there and i felt it was overcrowded with just a couple people. I was disappointed to see that the advisor didn’t really do much other then sell the products. It was on the guys behind the glass to put it together.. I chose lume because ive always gone to meds cafe when in lowell and it was either i check out lume or go to my regular dispensary in Ionia..
Next time I will just drive out of my way for my favourite dispensary in Ionia (Consume)

Hello- We are so sorry to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. Our store operations are set up to make our guest's experience as streamlined as possible. As far as our pre-rolls go, the "best selling" strains are not always those with the highest THC content. Many of our customers prefer different percentage levels of THC accompanied with various terpene profiles for best effects and results. While our "advisors" (or "budtenders/luminaries" as we refer to them 😊) are trained for selling, fulfilling, and ringing out orders, our teams work together (especially when the stores are busier) to effectively and efficiently get our customers taken care of in a timely fashion. Cool products like moon rocks sometimes. Very small and cramped store. The staff doesn't seem too knowledgeable about cannabis

Very friendly staff! I didn't feel pressured into anything. They are very knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of and helped me find exactly what i was looking for.
