Service has went downhill the last few months. This place was great for a couple of years. They never have what we want anymore or my online orders never get completed. No point in ordering ahead of time. I hope they fix whatever they got going on. Until then I will be going to the smaller shop across the highway.

I frequent this location I spend a good amount of money each time and it never fails that my orders are incorrect. My last 3 visits have been wrong. Will be looking for a new a spot ASAP.

These people are awful. They make you wait for forever, frequently helping guests who arrive after.
During the COVID crisis, not a single employee has worn a mask. It is despicable. Their choice, yes, but it not respectable. Pharmacy employees and grocery employees are required to wear masks. Weed stores are pharmacies. I will never return to any of these stores. (Carpenter, West, etc..)
I didn't like the atmosphere there before all of this, they just have pretty decent prices on cartridges so I would get in and out quickly. I will pay the extra $5 and patronize a shop with morals.

Welcoming environment as soon as you walk in the door. Great selection of edibles & other treats as well as flowers! If ya live in the area, check the store out at least once. You won’t be disappointed
