Best dispensary in New Haven County, hands down. I’m a regular medical patient (PTSD/insomnia) and always feel taken care of here. Budtender Peter recently helped me find an Earl Baker cart I’ve been searching for—huge win. Plus their new “Affinity Grow” products with live terps are a real treat. Same with the rest of their in-house vape strains (my method of using it). Great staff, great selection, and their rewards program and weekly deals actually add up to real $$$

It is so friendly the second you open the door. They have tablets out for you to shop and a back room ready to take your order. The quality of the bud is amazing for the price I am paying for. They have great deals especially during the weekends.

Always fast friendly service

I've been to several dispensaries in Connecticut and Affinity is my favorite by far. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. They go above and beyond to help you pick the right products. They have different sales each day for medical products and a nice selection. I have been coming here for years.

Has the widest variety for medical in New Haven county

This is a truly GREAT place! The customer service here is AMAZING! They treat everyone like family and always care about your needs being met. I had some questions and they were able to answer them and help me pick. This is the place you want to go. They show you that friend/family love!!

The entire staff is supportive and respectful. They walk you through the process and offer suggestions and recommendations to those who ask. Their treatment of customers is amazing. I have had the pleasure of meeting Carrie who is one of the nicest employees I have ever met. She answered few of a my questions with care and kindness. I will definitely be returning!

The rewards point system is definitely a plus, haven’t been disappointed by any product I’ve received from affinity, wish the prices were a bit better to not need to use rewards points but still a great and fast pickup time, just need the prices to reflect what we can afford in this economy

This was my first time ordering online for delivery from here. It was very easy! I did call first to ask a few questions about product's, consumption options and delivery process. Jess was very helpful!! I asked her to suggest an edible for pain relief and how much I should take at first due to my inexperience. I purchased what she recommended, it was delivered quickly (delivery was smooth and professional!) I was feeling great within the hour, amazing service...I am greatful and plan on returning to re-order as needed! Thank you all so much for helping me 🙏 ☺️
