Office hours for phone calls: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Monday through Friday. 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - Saturday Appointment Times - Appointments strongly encouraged. Walk-in's welcome. 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Monday through Friday. 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - Saturday Standard patient price is $150 for the physician's recommendation and complete processing of your application. We offer a $25.00 discount for military veterans with proof of military service. Our staff will create your account with the Arkansas Department of Health, scan all of our documents and upload your documents. Your application for your card will be 100% complete when you leave our office. State license fees are $50.00 for your one-year Arkansas license.

When I arrived for my confirmed appointment, they were closed. I called the number on the door and got an answering machine. To date my calls have not been returned. Don’t waste your time.

The Pure Cannabis Clinic in Little Rock are nothing but spectacular, The office was nice and comfortable the staff very polite and made me feel very relaxed, I have nothing but good to say with my experience , only took about 30 min and everything was filed and done its been about 10 days and i just received my mmj card so a big thanks guys your the best,
