Alternative Releaf - Polson

I've been going to this dispensary for a few years now and I'm pretty much a daily customer. The customer service at alternative releaf is top notch as is the blue tag cannabis. This dispensary is always clean and the atmosphere is always upbeat and stress free. The bud tenders treat me awesome and are always respectful and helpful as well as knowledgeable on all products. Two thumbs up!

So the best place to find bud in a jars weight in front of you. Customer service is like walking into the house of your homies chilling 😎 my dog love the whole crew Friendly. Quality fluctuates, Prices higher than street prices, not sure why they need upwards of 50$/3.5g when local/semi-local prices are as low as 18$/3.5g for quality surpassing AR’s best. I was a customer since they opened but since I discovered dispensaries in Missoula like spark1 and dancing goat and even tomcat cannabis here in Polson, I can save tons even with the cost of fuel and my time. The owners of AR need to consider their customers and stop disregarding them for the bottom line. Also, I don’t understand what the tip jar is for? These guys arnt rolling me up a jay, or bringing the product to me on the patio while I partake? I’ve heard from the employees they don’t make much. Why is that when the profit from this kind of business is phenomenal! Pay your employees more ffs. Quit being so greedy owners!! cannabis is a gift from God for everybody, treat it as such. Won’t be back until ARs greed subsides. And it won’t subside until the customers that still frequent this establishment take their money elsewhere for the owners to get the message. Quit being sheep people, you don’t have to be taken advantage of. Peace and love for all

Ordered online through Leafly at 4 in the morning. I seen a really good deal on Alternative’s page. I ordered my ounce limit, my order is ready for pickup at 0930. I have things to do so I don’t go and pick it up right away I’ve get a message saying it had been canceled. I called and was told that they seen I had made it at 4 am so it was suss. I confirmed that I didn’t want this canceled. “He” said fine but that my order would be bottom of the jar, for the sale price I got. $6 for 2 grams so I ordered 14 of them my limit of an ounce $82 before tax. I said no problem bottom of the jar is perfect I smoke doob’s so not a problem. They will call me back when they have it ready again. Sorry for canceling.. yadda yadda. They call back said there’s an error in the software and they “cant” give me it at that price. It wasn’t supposed to be listed at that. “Software issues, programmer quit..Really Sorry”. I said that they needed to honor it. “I can’t sell it to you at that price, it was a typo… it wasn’t suppose to be that price”. I requested he call up his chain of command and make it right. Calls back couldn’t do anything, but “it’s still a really good deal at $6 a gram.” No it’s NOT!! It was a great deal at 2grams $6. He asked if I still wanted to get it??? Alternative didn’t even offer to make it right. Treated me like it was my fault that I ordered from their website and didn’t “realize” that the price posted wasn’t right.?.? I’m just at a loss. “Still a really good deal” he says over and over. For who? Im just so flabbergasted that they didn’t honor my order it was placed and ready for pickup “don’t forget your I.D.” Sorry I rambled, but I was upset and still am.

Everybody is very helpful, friendly, and patient. I always like to ask alot of questions and they're very knowledgeable about everything I ask about the products. Love how you can smell the product and see it. its not prepackaged so you can buy as much as you want.
