Order was placed online and was ready for pickup upon arrival in the store. The store has a very pleasant "vibe". The staff is very friendly and most cordial. This is a must use operation.

Service was great! Staff was very patient with all my questions and assisted me with getting the best choices based on my preferences.

After being a long-time customer, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service provided here. Unfortunately, the current management has not been up to par. When I voiced my concerns about a previous experience, the manager responded negatively and kicked me out of the store. I plan on reporting this incident to the owner and higher management. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Long-time patient from 4 years ago. They are always in the community and giving away gifts you can just feel the love. They get to know you and what you like and try to make your experience better each time! I can not think of going to another dispensary!

The staff is ALWAYS so friendly. Every time I walk in and do some shopping, I feel like family. The deals and promotions they have are the best and the prices are amazing as well. The products are always great quality as well.

Drive up from Richmond. First time customer but somehow felt like I was coming home to family. Ms. Linda introduced herself while i was registering. Every single person that I came in contact with, including other customers, was friendly and chatty. Excellent customer service, great selection. These are my people. I’ll be back.

Great people and great deals indeed just place an order for 10 pounds of wedding cake and am having my tracking code already. All went well and will be buying from you guys time to time. Thank you so much again guys.

Placed an order for delivery at 8:54 AM. The website gave an approximate delivery time of up to 120 mins from time of opening. The website says opening time is 11 AM. I waited at home for my delivery for hours past the “maximum approximate wait time”. At 3:45 PM I had to go out to an appointment. At 5:16 PM they tried to make the delivery. When I explained that I was not home and that the wait time was unreasonable. The driver said “ok I am returning everything to the store”. Now I have to go without my medication due to this poorly organized business. I am very disappointed that my medical needs were not taken seriously or respected. Do NOT order from them!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries I’ve ever visited. I came in a little confused on what I wanted and the budtender was so patient and helped me find just what I needed, which has turned out now to be one of my favorite strains ever. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone even remotely close by. 😁

The guy at the front always gives me a hard time. Think it’s on purpose lol anyway, i go here often, good customer service except for the one rude lady i once encountered. Other than that, support a black business:)

First time coming in had a little trouble with the way thing go you would have thought they would be eager to help you but that wasn’t the case the front desk person suggested that I give the sales associate a tip for just helping me she act like didn’t won’t to be bothered once I finally got things ok she told me I be right their to help me and never came back someone else helped they didn’t have a lot of product that I wanted nice first time patient discount

Overall excellent but wasn't my first choice because of one of the budtenders. Customer service is very important and unless you are willing to go above and beyond you can lose out... but I do go back every now and then and endulge in the great products! 😁

This was my first time in any dispensary and it could not have been a better experience. I’m from out of state with just my provisional license while I wait for my permanent card and they happily accepted it. The girl at the front desk has people who live in the same place I’m from and that really made me feel even more comfortable. All of the staff were very nice and helpful and they know their product. They answered all of my dumb questions and every medication I purchased gave me the help and relief I was told it would. I purchased several different types of products and felt properly medicated from each of them. Finally, between their new patient discount and an additional senior discount I saved nearly $100! It’s a bright, clean little shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff and I only wish I could bring it back home with me.

I found this gem just browsing and decided to take a ride from Harford County and check them out. Well worth the trip!!!! It’s their anniversary weekend and I felt like it was my birthday. I mean I got to have a piece of birthday cake and that apple cider hut the spot. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that put me on to ALL of the amazing deals they offer. It’s super clean and well lit with helpful tidbits of information hanging around their vast and high grade selection. Go see them you will NOT be disappointed!

Where do I start. The people are AMAZING! The product is PHENOMENAL. Medical marijuana gets me and my MS through life. I can’t rave enough about this place. This is my favorite dispensary in dc! The interior is clean and shows off all of their products very well. They often have deals popular degrees, and people are super friendly. I am happy to have this opportunity to support a black-owned, woman-owned, business.
