Ascend Cannabis - Ellicott City

Recently bought lucky order eighth and it was completely puffed up with air and the product was dried out . Disappointing because I thought I was paying a few more bucks for something that seemed a little bit better than the cheapest bags but it really wasn’t it was dry and little to no effect but tired . I have had this issue with this dispensary multiple times , they sell dried out products have eighths puffed up with air like a balloon I’m not sure why they sell … I have never seen that anywhere else …really strange

Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !

It was my first time at this dispensary and as someone who works in the industry, this was by far the poorest experience i have ever had in a medical cannabis dispensary. The budtender never made eye contact with me, didnt show me around the store, didnt explain any deals, he just got my pre order walked straight to the computer and told me my total as if i was a nuisance to him. I do not see how this place gets business if this is their status quo as far as patient/employee interactions go. Very disappointing

I am still a pretty new customer at this store but so far the staff has been some of the kindest and most attentive workers I have met! They are super understanding and always make you feel comfortable. I had a bad experience from a previous shop which left me feeling anxious but the staff at nature medicine made me feel so welcome and cared for. Not the mention the product always comes in the best condition, I don’t have to worry about getting dry bud !

I have not had issues with this dispensary until the Crofton location opened and a lot of changes were made here. I’ve been using this dispensary since I got my card at the beginning of the year. I have since decided I am going to try others for a few reasons. 1. they have progressively become more and more slow. i understand its deli style but when i get pulled to the back for having an online order and i am left standing around in there for about 15-20 min while others are not just being helped, but having long personal conversations that are slowing their wait down even more then thats just not cool. youre busy, you have a wait, you see people needing to be helped, but there’s no change in work pace. 2. i usually online order to negate the wait time, however i have noticed that the online menu rarely reflects the full line of products and strains offered in the dispensary. they have also been having issues with people ordering one thing and adding a bunch once they get back there so they now have a new policy were you must go back out and wait in line again. i came in the other day, was next in line but informed them i had an online order. i had at least a $100 order and just asked to add a pre-roll (which i NEVER ask), wouldnt have slowed them down and i wasnt trying to take advantage of being pulled in quick. i could understand if i was adding another gram or 1/8. to me, that was just bad customer service especially after i had been standing around waiting for one of them to help me for 10-15 min and i had not “skipped” more than a one person line. for the most part, i would let this go. i wasnt rude, didnt argue. took what i had originally ordered and left. i would let this go but this next thing is the big reason i probably wont come back. 3. This past sunday i came in about an hour before close. there was a group of about 5 young guys in the lobby but were not in line to go back. they were being loud and obnoxious and obviously were there with someone that was picking up weed for them. i go to the back and theres a guy thats clearly buying for them that says he doesnt have enough money and goes out to his friends to get more. my sister, who was in the lobby so she didnt have to wait in my cold car, watched the boy tell them they need to give him more money. the receptionist tells them if they are giving him money, they need to do it outside off of the cameras. excuse me? all of us patients have forked out a lot of money to have the right to purchase and smoke in this state, and your staff doesnt care if patients are clearly taking money from nonpatients to pick up for them? it was blatant what was going on. to make matters even worse, when i left they were all in the car parked behind me lit up. never have i seen this at any dispensary before in this state. i didnt say anything because it was clear had i said something to the receptionist i would have been blown off. every other state is zero tolerance for this, i guess not here. its very sad as i love this dispensary but im going to have to try others.

Listen, if you go anywhere else, you're honestly just embarrassing yourself. Nature's Medicine has well been established as THE dispensary to go to. I feel bad for states that don't have a Nature's Medicine. I went in there tonight, and the gorgeous woman with the pink hair who's name escapes me at this moment greeted me with a smile (BONUS: behind a mask!) and was all around just pleasant to interact with after a day of working from home alone.Then, my man Brian gassed me up while he rung up my flour. I told him I was feeling good because of all these great things going on in my life and he just gassed me up the whole time like "dude, you sound like you're killing it!" It's always an amazing time whenever I come in, no matter who's working, so to everyone, thank you! I think, so long as I live within 60-ish miles if y'all, I'll never go to another dispensary.

Natures Medicine was the place I visited after my diagnoses. The check was very easy, and the bud tenders were knowledgeable and friendly. With my first visit I received a shit to be worn on Tuesday’s which will gain patients a discount in their purchase. Pretty cool. Also, the Mai Tai Strain is a winner for me.

Rude, inattentive staff. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes around 5 employees and no one even glanced in my direction. Sad.

No errors or fault on this dispensary. Customer care techs, wait time, accuracies in order communications, or availability of special pro mo ( 1$ pre roll for going over) 200 all grrrreat things. Three on exterior/ interior atmospheric conditions due to regulatory enforcement ( no mo deli style) and no chitchat with other consumers. Not Nature’s fault. J. S.

I just returned from the the pharmacy. I purchased the three vape special. Twenty minutes later, I called. One of my vapes did not work. I was informed that there was no recourse. I lose my $, no vape, no credit. I was advised to call manufacturer.😒. Up until this point, this was my favorite . Very poor customer service. I was put on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes waiting for a manager. I never spoke to him

Staff is always amazing. They always have a wide variety to choose from even ththe pandemic. This is my go to spot!
