Bacco Farms

This is the only dispensary that I have worked where the employees are allowed to smoke their disposable vapes in the budroom during business hours and while being recorded on camera and with such blatent disregard of the law they did it directly in front of the owner, Miss Phoebe. I can't make it up. I was literally making a purchase a week ago Friday at 4:50 pm when Miss Rachel hit her vape in the budroom with the owner standing next to her. I mean crazy considering this is all on camera. SMH I would watch the manager, Hannah and the Bud tender, Ms Rachel, vape every day while clocked in like this is normal. Weird, one would think the State of Michigan would frown upon this and possibly pull your license. I could be wrong though, my training consisted of 8 minutes from the vaping budtender and a packet of paper. Yes, I'm a bitter ex-employe because I was let go yesterday, for letting a "said" drunk person, into the bud room. I mean I guess I should have carried a breathalizer with me because most of the customers are in fact intoxicated. I guess at Bacco Farms we are to pick and choose whom we let in. Now let's get down to the facts. Sunday we were short staffed, did not have a delivery driver and we were short a budtender. Now with have the second budtender running the deliveries or cleaning bathrooms while Miss Carla was the only available to wait on customers. I was also told by Miss Carla not to bother the manager because she was counting money. I was busy checking in customers as Sunday is our busy day and the customers were lining up in the lobby. The customers were already irritated with the wait and lack of service, so my job was to keep them happy and laughing as it was my habit to build laughter out of inadequate materials. Meanwhile the manager counts money and THE ONE budtender, Miss Carla, has an attitude because she actually had to work. I mean, perhaps Miss Carla should have sent "said" drunk guy out of the store rather than to use the ATM. I mean she is the budtender, right? She served him instead. To make matters worse the owner, Miss Phoebe, actually thought it was funny to let me come all the way up there for my shift and then wait until I clocked in to tell me I had been terminated. Seeing as I am a 55 year old single grandmother of a 5-year-old, I already work a full-time day job, this was a part-time job for some extra money to help support my family. YOU thought it would be funny to waste my time and allow me to pay a babysitter to drive up there to terminate me. You had an entire week to terminate me. You could have called me or sent me a text message but YOU chose not to. You chose to let me go a week later so I wasnt even able to look for another job. What a joke, you pride yourself on being a woman owned business, and yet you have just proven YOURSELF to be the EXACT reason women don't like other women. YOU also chose to not even to speak to me about this "said" incident which is a coward move in itself. Shame on you, Phoebe. You are a disgrace to women not a strong one. I had you pegged for smarter than that but it was just your mask. Pretty sad considering my name was called out 12 times in your reviews for being AMAZING in the handful of shifts I worked. I would certainly hope the State of Michigan doesn't get a hold of the videos of your vaping staff and of how this fine establishment really operates. You have way more issues to worry about than a "said" drunk guy. But i guess that's why I got the boot. Cameras don't lie, take a looksie, Phoebe.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, kind reception, amazing product, clean lobby and atmosphere, would recommend anyone to stop in! Best weed in town!

I highly recommend this place if you want to feel more like family than a number. They remember your name and what you would like when the new items come in and they have no problem helping you.. Walked out of there with a couple of combinations that their smell reminded me of fruity pebbles and the other was a sweet grapefruit. Can't wait to go back..

Was ignored by vendors rushing to pack up before the rain came down today at there July 1st event

They are so caring and knowledgeable about their merch its incredible. Explain an experience that was needed and recommended some incredible stuff had to go buy more and more and more.. lol

Every time I've been into Bacco farms, I've been given the utmost customer care and expertise. I recommend thus facility to all my friends.
