Cool spot, out of the way and unassuming location. Staff does a good job of meeting you where you are at and helping without pushing aimless sales. It’s the home town shop and it’s comfortable.

My visit was great as we were free to discuss levels and quality of the product from the producer. Even better my tender was Brad who talked with me about quality and expressed such great knowledge of the different products!! Absolutely Awesome!!!!

My points balance disappeared. Sorry man! This place is more or less a lady resort.

Everyone was beyond welcoming and helpful...treated me with the most respect and answered every question I had and keeps exactly what I need in stock!!! I will bypass st Joe just to go to Smithville!!! Also they had a golden pathos plant in their waiting room...well they let me take a clipping to prop...that's a plus in my book cuz I have a ton of house plants!!! I'd give more stars if I could!!!

The Place and staff were really well done. Im a local and a connoisseur with years of Colorado, Oklahoma, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon medical and rec dispensary trips. Im going to be honest. The interaction w staff and frint desk was friendly and quick. But selction was VERY limited. 3 strains. Understanding this is infancy MO medical OK. I get that. I wasnt shown a picture of any of the selections and the staff member didnt have alot of real knowkedge on the flower. I chose tge White99 as im a sativa dominate fan. Again no attempt to show me what it looked like no sample piece even in a case to view. Prices were TOP SHELF $55 an 8th and NO BREAKS $420 an oz. So ok in my mind its expensive they dint even offer to show me this should be decent quality. Well i get home no smell when i open the package. then i dump the package out to one 1.3 gram piece and 2.1 grams of itty bitty small crumbs. 3.4 it was short. I see that there was little cure at all by the harvest date being 11/27 and pkg date was 12/22 but as a home grower myself i know u can get really dank nug from 10 day dry and 2 week cure. this was dried to crisp, it had brown colored spots where the buds had sar against another as it dried. the flavor was of hay and straw with i mean tge tiniest bit of weed lingering afterword. thc tested at 19% it says but the high is very minimal. So lets tally Smell-0 Looks - 1 Flavor-1 Potency-1 ( Im a daily smoker) Overall Score is 3 out of 20. This Sounds really harsh and although I was ABSOLUTELY disappointed in spending top dollar for such lack of quality, I do understand that this is the first of a very fast harvest. But to serve a community as a Medicinal option for SERIOUS ailments I would not want to put my name on that product. I felt like i was ripped off. And i will NOT be back.

BeSame Wellness Smithville has an extremely inviting environment. There are no lines, the staff is friendly, and the budtenders are VERY knowledgeable. This is definitely my go-to dispensary, and I would recommend to anyone.

The store itself is small but super welcoming and extremely clean beautiful. The service is fantastic in and out in under 20min every time ive been. Strain selection is 5 stars in comparison to the other dispensaries in the KC area along with edibles. Price is average as others. All in all i loved it staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick but i never feel rushed

The staff is fun and professional, Besame has a nice menu, and you can accumulate points. This is my favorite dispensary.

Very pleasant and clean store with a great staff that is very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time in a dispensary so I had a few questions. After I checked in I was greeted by Toby who proceeded to show me the store and explain things. I explained to Toby the chronic pain I've been dealing with since getting run over by a semi 16+ years ago which caused damage to 8 of the disks in my back. After we discussed different strains and the different effects of each, he recommended 2 strains, one for day and one for night. So far I'm quite pleased with the quality of the product and the knowledge that Toby had. My only complaints are price and selection, but, this is a system wide issue in Missouri as we are waiting for grows, testing, etc. In sure that will be alleviated in time. Thanks again to Toby for the time, the patience and the relief. To all the staff I interacted with, you were all very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. Thank you!

Succinct, clean, well organized little dispensary with a friendly and knowledgeable staff selling good starter Bud - especially for just starting out in the fledgling Missouri market. No mold, no blasted bud, not "pre-ground for convenience." So much better than its competitive dispensary in Lee's Summit which will remain unnamed. I look forward to some different strains, drinks and Wana edibles soon. I purchased a smattering of Blue Dream, Bubba Fett and White 99 flower. All were good pheno/geno representations of what they should be. A few minor suggestions: Unless I'm missing something, the online patient sign-up registration requires the patient to click through every month to their birth date - a bummer for those of us not born in 2000. For me it was over 550 clicks. Not great. Also, please update the menu when product is out. I'll definitely be back again! -JD

Getting to this place is a nightmare if you’re driving from the city. That said, I recommend BesaMe Smithville for their fantastic customer service. Everyone there wore a mask properly. For me, and other people with reduced immunity, that’s huge! I went to get some single grams of different strains. They were out of some of them, and made gram quantities for me anyway. The bud tender was super nice and knowledgeable, and actually *talked me out* of some of the things in my list, because they were more likely to make me anxious. A+ will go back.

I was nervous to go to the dispensary for the first time. The facility was clean and beautiful. The staff was so kind and walked me through everything step by step. They educated me, showed me how to use the giant touch screen to look at available products. They answered EVERY question I had and were very kind through the entire process. I highly recommend visiting. It was a better experience than I could have hoped for. Thank you!

This is hands down the BEST dispensary in Missouri. No lines, knowledgeable staff, and overall a beautiful store. If you are thinking about going to another dispensary....DONT! Besame is where its at.

This will be my go-to spot. Hospitable atmosphere with friendly and excellent customer service. The staff has fantastic communication. Their efficient and patient. Plus, their product is incredible quality.

They always answer my questions and are quick and easy at pickup.

They were very nice and had as much time as it took to answer questions. If I didn’t ask so many questions I could’ve been in and out the door in five mine. Including my registration. Thank you I will be visiting again soon.

Great place. Can't wait for them to have on-line ordering and pick-up, and to see more selection and better quality. That takes time. They seem to be on the right path.

It only took me 15 minutes from start to finish, but I never felt rushed. The waiting area is calm and relaxing, and there is always a super friendly person at the front desk ready to check you in and answer any questions. They have product that I haven't been able to find anywhere else, from a company called Illicit, and it is truly above and beyond, with thc levels typically around 25% and up. The budtenders are knowledgeable and kind, the place is clean, and the product is superior. This is my go to dispensary now.
