Usually I enjoy dual carts so when I saw they were offering them, I jumped on getting 2. $50 a peice. I opened one and it was terrible! Worst drag ever. It felt like air. The battery didn't last and it never did it's job. so I call today and get an extremely inexperienced and extremely rude young girl on the phone who decided to tell me that just because a product doesn't work correctly and I don't like it doesn't mean that they need to honor an exchange. I explained to her that not only do I not like it but it does not do what it's supposed to do and doesnt hold a battery. I explained how at the other dispensary i go to, they have a 7 day return policy on Vapes and it didnt matter if it was broken or not, as long as you had a recept, they would honor an exchange. She immediately cut me off and said..."I find that hard to believe" I took a deep breath and kindly asked her to let me know what I can do for the unopened product that I will not be using and the broken product that was opened, which I have a receipt for and her answer was... If you come back, I might be able to exchange the open vape for the exact same product. Why would i want the exact same crap vape?? She couldn't do anything for the unopened one at all. Loss of $50. + tax right out the window cuz I won't ever use it. She then goes on to say that they have been having a lot of people complain about these vapes but her manager said to inform people that they are sorry but there really is nothing else they can do for me. I spent over a hundred dollars to get crap for products with no sympathy or resolution. The unprofessionalism and the rudeness that I dealt with will absolutely cause me to spread the word for no one to ever go to this dispensary. The Manager, Brian, refused to give me the girls her name. And all he kept saying to me was... That's our stores policy, there's nothing I can do" Well, your policy sucks and you lost a customer because you weren't willing to do the right thing by honoring an exchange or credit for another product. HORRIBLE experience! And, Be Well... Please don't try to lie in your response on this review like you did on Google review.

THIS is the place to go for all Medical/Rec needs! Amazing staff of CARING individuals. Liam, Amber, Bel, Jen, Ryan, Noah & Crystal are ALL knowledgeable about each product they carry, and almost daily, I find something new on their menu! The pre rolls are always on point and the edible section is always growing!😇 Check out Bewell in Merrimac! You will not be disappointed!

Very nice, bright showroom. Not huge but feels roomy. The staff was extremely polite and helpful! Only tried the Jack Herer, but I was in no way disappointed. The bud tender told me that they have numerous strains grown by them on their way, can’t wait to go back!

my visit was great, there were a couple ppl ahead of me but thats neither here or there. the gentlemen that took care of me was great, had great customer service🤙🏽 & made me feel comfortable and not like rushing to get me out of there. BUTT when i just opened up both of the joint prerolls NYC Diesel Diesel today they were NOT 1 gram prerolls, they look like .8 or less . it didnt even fill up the whole tube that it came in. A 1g preroll fills the top of the tube and both of them were like ¾ down into the tube like ummmm ok then. i mean idc im still smoking it regardless. all im saying is when yall r rolling these or however they come ppl needs pay attention to what there doing cuz this was deff not a 1g preroll lol if i could add pix i would to show yall lol. BUTTTT other than that complaint, everything else was fantastic!!!!!!😁🤟🏽

This place has by far some of the best products you won't find other places. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I definitely suggest making this your go to for all your needs!

They advertise several deals, but are the only dispensary around that won't combine deals - that combined with a bored and disinterested staff has had me leave empty handed 2 of the last 3 times I came here, and without the advertised "new renewal" discount the 1 time I did make a purchase. Definitely not worth the 20 minute ride, probably worth checking if you're driving by.

I love talking to the staff. The menu is always stacked with my personal favorites. And I'm coming for that wheel.
