Beyond Hello - Bloomington

I've been coming to this Beyond/Hello location since it opened, and I feel that it is one of the better locations in our area. I've rarely had any problem with the product except a wax quality issue, however it was quickly made right by the staff. The budtenders are always kind, just be warned that I don't think it's ever seemed fully staffed when I've gone in. Online orders are your friend, and the loyalty program is what makes it even remotely affordable. B/H's full price is also consistently less than other new options in town. I've never enjoyed the atmosphere, it feels like you're walking into a jewelry store. The branding sometimes feels cliché. The staff is the atmosphere's saving grace; I've only had positive interactions.

Tell your security guard not to be a power tripping piece of garbage. This is NOT aimed at Collin because Collin displays the utmost amount of respect and professionalism, but rather the other piece of trash that was guarding the building. We arrived at 7:38 (with an online order for the time slot of 7:30-8:00) and were promptly rejected at the door. Absolutely REFUSED to let us in the door, citing that “it’s not on him” even though it was made abundantly clear to him verbally that we had an online order that was READY TO GO. We had Beyond Hello themselves on the phone telling us that it was fine and we could still go on. But no, your power tripping security guard still refused. There are positions in which people do let the power go to their heads, but let that dipstick know this ain’t it, chief. This was not the flex that he thought it was. He just looks like a lazier piece of trash than he already is. He was actively smoking and browsing his cell phone. He isn’t guarding anything except his precious little ego. He is also a complete jerk every time my husband speaks with him.

Horrible Customer service for MMJ card holders. This company is ALL about the money. Heck, I was even told by the front desk person that "we can have bad service, we're the only dispensary in the area." I couldn't believe he actually said that to me...I had a pre-order for $300.03 and left it there. I'll NEVER go back

Love this place. The vibe from the moment you walk in the door till you leave is incredible and very inviting. Would recommend this dispo to anyone.

The selection's gotten excellent since the new company took over as a broad spectrum of products and strains the staff usually seems to work for me and not for the company if that makes sense they do what they can to help

The staff is always super friendly and helpful! I kind of vented to Keely about how certain brands of carts sometimes seem short. Keely was empathetic and did their best to make sure I knew there were steps I could take to feel better about the situation. I really appreciated Keely making me feel like I wasn’t making a huge deal out of it if I felt a cart seemed short.

So, walking into this place you are greeted by a smile in the eyes and pep in their step. Check ids and then check ids again, and at the second desk the coolest thing I ever saw was there. Stickers that had preferred pronouns on them. The employees were amazing and knowledgeable about their product, and genuinely interested in what we were looking for. And Matt, with his amazing self made Ouija board for weed...he was such a great help..i would definitely recommend this place. soak up the love!
