I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

everyone is very helpful. The wait time is always less than 10 minutes. The answer any questions that I have the customer service is excellent I highly recommend it to anyone that is involved with medical cannabis.
One star after feelings of corrupt management and unprofessional work environment. This was back in Summer of 2020 and My card had expired towards the end of 2020. I never bothered to go back to the store since I had that last experience there. I left the store and had seen “Cory” outside frantically calling somebody on his phone, who I believe was a manager at that time for that crew. Swearing and acting upset like he was angry at someone.. remind you that there are very long wait times as it is there and for someone who is apparently in a manager position to be very unprofessional and unapproachable was not giving me a feeling I should keep supporting this business any longer.
I went for the first time and was a Lil nervous but everything was explained to means the shopping expand atmosphere was great ..great service all around
