My 1st time to Beyond-Hello, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Paperwork for myself and caregiver was processed and entered into the system quickly. Staff answered my questions and helped me with my purchase.

This was the first dispensary I went to when I received my card and they couldn't have been any nicer or informative. I look forward to visiting this location often.

In my opinion, this is the best dispensary in the Scranton/WB area. I have to say that the staff are amazing - they are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The actual dispensary is beautiful inside, and I like how it is set up. One great aspect of the set up is that you don't have to wait in line, so if the salesroom is full, they have a comfortable waiting area. At the other dispensary in Scranton, you stand in line (sometimes for quite a while!) and can hear everything other patients are discussing with staff. Beyond's set up gives you more privacy when discussing products/medications with the staff, and you don't feel rushed because there aren't 10 people in line behind you! My only issue is the lack of medical discount, as pointed out by other reviewers. However, they run promotions fairly often - the other dispensary in Scranton does not - so be sure to sign up for their emails and text messages.
