Place is invisible if you dont already know its there. staff was helpful/friendly. I waited around 5 minutes to be served. only allowing one person back at a time is a little strange but I could see the reason for it. Flower selection was poor, more expensive than other dispensaries but the opportunity for discounts is there

I absolutely LOVE this dispensary, hands down the best one in our area. I am so glad that it has opened up because their team brings so much to the table, I always say that every time I am in there I learn something new. Great staff, great products for great prices, and they actually care about each customer as an individual. I would recommend it to any one that has a store near their location.

The staff are very knowledgeable on all products. The atmosphere is relaxing, I never feel rushed when I ask questions, the staff explained in great detail on strains that would help with my illness. I’m a customer for life!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As a new patient I had several questions about what product would best be suited to my needs and they were extremely helpful in picking out a perfect combination for my various needs. PLUS you get a totes adorbs ditty bag which entitles you to a discount on future purchases so that was pretty cool :)

My visit to Beyond Hello, in Scranton, was my first ever visit to a dispensary and I was met with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly pharmacist and staff who made my visit painless and enjoyable. The building was super clean and quiet. I will most definitely return in the future and highly recommend this location for the atmosphere and staff.

This is such a great place, from a patient view and an employee. I am an employee of Beyond/Hello and this place genuinely cares for everyone. We all try and make everyone’s experience are best as possible! We have a wide variety of flower, cartridges, concentrates, and much much more! Go over to our website for a full menu. :) We’re also open on Sundays, 12-5! We’re open 10-7 all week, and until 8 on Fridays. Saturday is 10-7 as well
