Beyond Hello - West Chester

All of the budtenders at Beyond Hello are super friendly and helpful. They always have a wide variety of options and the atmosphere is so welcoming!

I loved the knowledge possessed by all service members, and thought the location was operating with medical sufficiency.

My new go-to dispensary! The West Chester area was in desperate need of a dispensary, and Beyond Hello exceeded my expectations upon my first visit. They offer new patient discounts that I have not seen offered at any other local dispensary, as well as a comprehensive guide to terpenes and dosing when you go in for the first time. Very knowledgable staff, very minimal wait times, and an improving selection! Highly recommend

Called early and they accommodatingly set aside a slice of GTI sour diesel… The last they had. It was my first time at the shop and they have a discount for first time shopper’s which I was never made aware of. I noticed cards advertising this discount after my transaction was completed. When I made the bud tender aware of this issue he went to their manager who refused to accommodate the issue and insisted that I come back and get the discount on my next visit. I have a feeling I will be back at some point but it would be nice to have the manager fix the issue on site. What really rubs me the worst is that the discount was never mentioned despite filling out first time patient paperwork. Not a good way to start out a business relationship. I also happen to know that since I hadn’t walked out of the store with the product that they could have easily come back and work something out for me. I have had issues at other dispensaries and they have accommodated. It was nice that they set aside the sour diesel for me though.

Had a really great experience visiting Beyond/Hello for my first time. Even with the pandemic currently going on, everything in the store was running super smoothly. You can tell they made sure everything is super clean. Super friendly/knowledgeable staff. Will absolutely return to this dispensary.

I had a great first experience here. The staff were all accommodating and very kind. They offered a few ways to save money with great deals. I also thought they had a great variety of merchandise and they had my favorite brand, Cresco. I have already recommended others to try it here!

Beyond hello is my staple go to dispensary. They always have flower and I always seem to be able to get what I want. The wait times arent long and the staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. I live 5 minutes from herbology in morton and yet I choose to drive over a half hour to come here. I didnt realize how much I like this place and the flower selection until I ventured out.

I had a wonderful experience as a new patient. I worked with Kelly at the West Chester location. She was very kind and helpful and make great recommendations based on my needs.

I am totally new to this and walked in clueless. They were so kind and took the time to explain what would work for me and didn't try to sell me a ton. They suggested buying a small prefilled vap for trying before investing a ton. They were just so warm and welcoming and I was greatly impressed with the set up and cleanliness as well as their kindness!

BH is a great place to work; compassionate pharmacists, employees, soothing atmosphere. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my medicine (unless there was a really good sale!)

Beyond Hello (West Chester) is a clean, professional setting with an amazing staff - I am always very satisfied Beyond Hello is establishments but I just had to add, I was incredibly satisfied with the help of my budtender who truly made my day with his recommendations and help. This is a great establishment with an excellent and helpful staff!

My favorite part of this dispensary is their customer appreciation days. Great ways to save! Efficient check in, waiting room is clean, waiting time has been low for me. Online menu seems accurate and products are still available when I actually get there. Glad to have this dispensary near me!

Visited the west chester location for my first time. The place was nicer than I thought. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The one guy dalton was beyond cool and helpful. He explained a lot to me. I will def be going back here more.

The staff here is very knowledgable and always knows what product best suits my need. They're friendly and they make a huge effort to make sure I'm happy with the help and product I receive.
