Beyond Hello - Manassas

This is one of the worst dispensaries in the continental United States. I’ve shopped here since they opened, out of necessity. Because Virginia gives a monopoly to a territory, allowing them to charge you anything they’d like. Spent probably close to 10,000+$ For reference. If you compare beyond hellos prices in Virginia to beyond hellos prices in any other state they’re 3x cheaper everywhere else. They’re ripping off the patients that don’t know any better & they advertise that they care for. It’s so duplicitous. If you have an issue with anything that you purchased there is nothing that will be done for you. “No refunds, sorry you’re sick though” -(pharmacist at manassas) There is a reporting process for foul products, it’s for internal review. You can call the corporate offices customer service and they will redirect you to an email that will go unanswered. There is no follow up. Everyone tries to be nice at work. So you can’t really award them any points for that when as soon as there’s an issue with the products they start exhibiting curt, dismissive, behaviors with a lack of empathy that should be studied. Everything is packaged before hand so you never actually see it weighed or who had their hands on it. The safety seals are easily bypassed. Flower that was packed a year ago with zero flavor or smell. unstable liquid low quality concentrates. The best stuff they sell is from other manufacturers. The only people that would give this place 5 stars has NEVER tried better. Go to a different dispensary if you value your time, money💰 , and self respect.

This Dispensary is a lot better now, the other reviews are harsh but correct. Beyond Hello has absolutely progressed significantly within the past year or two. Service still needs some work, everything is good it just seems under staffed.

AVOID!!! Worst business model ever, inventory is never stable, what you order may not be available an hour later. I ordered for pick-up at 10 AM, wasn't ready and was told it would be 45-minutes more. At 3:30 it still wasn't ready and then they said 1 product was no longer available. This place is WORTHLESS and honestly should be shut down. The monopoly Beyond Hello has in our area assured we will get crap service and product from them until there is real competition. For now go to D.C. or any other place ither than BH.....they SUCK!!!!

This company takes advantage of the fact that they don't have any real competition in Virginia. I wish they would offer more products with a better ratio of CBD and THC. What they do offer isn't great and is significantly overpriced. Also, even if you pre-order, you will still have to wait a while to get your order.

It really depends Bruce in Alexandria is transphobic and the Fairfax and Manassas locations are horrendous the Asian guy isnt helpful same with the emo dude no knowledge of of products and the quality of products are horrible they use gmos to fertilize and still process moldy weed into carts all told by the production leader and manager at the Manassas location so I’d avoid it so many one time customers

Better to go to DC. They have reciprocity with Virginia, prices are about half, quality and variety is significantly better and no endless waiting for your order.

This is the new, NoVa dispensary for MMJ patients. It has/had a limited selection, but is growing larger. Due to state limitations, vape/carts/edibles/tinctures/topicals are all that are available. The atmosphere is so-so. They clearly want to get you in and out quickly. Possibly a good thing if you are looking for expediency, not so good if you want to ask questions or find out more about their products. Service is likewise... expedient and unfriendly. The biggest issue is with the products. These are generic products with names intended to just give the user an effect with zero to no applicability to the strain type or it's origins. Examples are: "calm" or "chill." Not sure if the company is expecting completely novice users, but just because the State of Va is just waking up to MMJ it's really no reason to treat patients as ignorant. With no idea what strains were working with, the quality and effects are questionable. There are very few users who will be willing to 'experiment' all over again with the given strains to find out the potency and specific effects they desire. Most of us have spent thousands of $$ doing that well before VA declared marijuana legal. We all understand that they must abide by the State laws (which are broadening as we speak), but they will no doubt be losing a tremendous amount of business to neighboring DC which has announced reciprocity to VA patients. Sorry, but this place is not the answer... yet. All that said, I'll try to remain loyal to VA, if the dispensaries can give us labeling and package information that allows us to find the families and strains we are used to.

Wayyyyyyy overpriced considering DC delivery services will deliver to any Virginia resident's car in an hour for under 1/3 of what you charge at any address or parking lot in DC. I believe your prix needs a fixe: Rosin should cost $40 a gram. $50 or $60 a gram would be an appropriate charge for a new market with little competition. But $100 a gram for rosin is just insanity. It's NEVER reached that price level in Colorado, California, New York, or DC.

The customer service is terrible, there point system is an entirely different system that they can’t access, I had problems before and had to go there again because my points were not showing up, No customer satisfaction when I asked if the points were going to show up on my app , it’s been weeks of this , I am not wasting my time at this dispensary because of this , there prices are outrageous and quality is not the same as DC, the customer service at the front desk is awful-it was like your a burden, so I won’t be back just thought this would be helpful for first timers

Nice shop for the anticipated growth in the market. However, prices are INSANE High. DC is more conducive to getting your moneys worth and is going to have everything, to include flower. 1G cartridges in the city are at the same THC/CBD levels start at $50ea. on up for all notable/reputable brands. Convenience locally may work short term but I fear this place won't hold up to competition as other places with correct/reasonable pricing are where educated/in the know people will tend to go.

Beautiful facility! I was the first patient and was treated so nicely! A bit of a limited stock but I’m told that they’re slowly getting new products in and I can’t wait to try their product once it’s harvested. The wait time is a bit long but I was told by staff it’s state required rules. The price is a bit steep in my opinion. If I’m paying $60, I should be getting at least a full G cart.

It took a bit long to make a purchase and leave but it was my first time there and they had to go through their process. The people there are chill and the atmosphere was nice. I'll be back for sure. I am really curious to see how they change once retail sales start happening. Jushi a good sized US cannabis dispensary with stores in multiple states, so I think they'll pull it off well.

Pros: polite, informative, and attentive pharmacist. Easy process once a registered patient. Occasional sales. Decent product. Cons: Front desk associates were not very friendly, the security guard was loudly talking on his phone making dinner plans, and the wait was less than desirable. Pricing could be better as well. Overall I had a good experience and would continue business unless more cost effective competition came into play.

Don't bother calling. They never answer their phone regardless of the hour.

Pros: - The staff is excellent -Good quality gummies - Great location - Nice facility Cons: - The wait time was long - Menu is extremely limited...not a lot of Sativa options or options period. - Pricing is high, nearly double any dispensary in the DC area.

They are super new, so they haven’t worked out all the kinks yet; the location doesn’t pull up in many GPS sites. Very friendly staff, a bit slow and not very educational, but if you know what you want they are accommodating. The products are surprisingly good quality, but the menu is a bit brief. I hope they will be expanding their products to edibles soon.

I liked the atmosphere and the staff. The place is a bit big for now but as recreational marijuana becomes accessible I’m sure they’ll need the space anyway so kudos for future proofing the space. While the selection isn’t huge, there’s a good amount of variety between strains and dominance levels. I think as a MMJ dispensary, too many choices might be a bad thing. They’ll be starting their delivery service sometime soon too which is exciting as this place was almost 40min away.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, helped out a first time user with plenty of advice, and quick service.

Very great atmosphere and everyone is very nice! Their menu is a little limited because of current VA laws but what they do have is good quality!

Staff is polite and respectful and the products are great quality.
