I will never ever go into this dispensary ever again!!! Hello cannabis has refused to give me my points for the products that I have purchased on my first visit even though it clearly displayed on their screen at the register exactly how much money I have spent there. Hello cannabis also let me in and helped everyone there except for me, and invited five more people in after me and served them before they even bothered to say hello. I was in the dispensary for over twenty minutes!! Only to get served last. This business is of the worst kind as they are out to get your money and they do not care what you have to say as any typical corporation…. I will not ever step foot into hello cannabis ever again as they do dirty business!!!!!

Great store with superior service
The place is conveniently located on upper state street. The staff in the front were cool they checked my ID and got me setup with a rewards account quickly through my phone number. Josh was my “budtender” and I asked him a question about product in the store at the moment and he gave me a straight up answer and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. The prices were great and I even got a complementary drawstring bag for my first visit. I definitely will drive from lower state street to go buy from them instead of the closer competitors in the market. Josh’s assistance deserves 5 stars despite my 3 star choice for service, but I’m not here to bash the place they were great so go check them out!
