this is a great dispensary. They are always having sales. the cannabis is top shelf medical. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

11 hours agoNEW The worst dispensary in the program. Long wait times...screwed up orders...and bad attitudes is what you will receive if you visit Beyond Hello Bristol. They not only rip you off of your hard earned money, but when you attempt to speak to someone about the situation they don't listen to what you have to say or do anything about it. The newer general manager they have there Jarod is the worst. He antagonizes customers while they are trying to make a complaint due to their poor service. This is how they treat people with medical conditions. They do not care about patients. It's all about the money. There are so many other dispensaries that know how to properly treat their patients. Do not waste your time and money here....Stay far away from Beyond/Hello....especially the Bristol location. This is a Top Notch Establishment. The Staff are Very knowledgeable and super friendly. The inside is Very Comfortable and a nice Easy vibe is everywhere. I give 👍🏻👍🏻

The Bristol location is great !!!! They are so helpful and friendly. Everyone that I have encountered are so friendly that they make me feel very comfortable. I never thought that my anxiety would ever get under control and it finally has. I always have questions and they are always helpful in answering them.

Extremely nice and caring and will not judge you for buying or asking anything. I feel like I’m visiting a friend when I go to Beyond/Hello because of the way every budtender wants to give you the best advice and strains related to your problems. The wait may be long but it is only because the budtenders are determined on giving every customer a good experience.

great place to buy from, but online ordering IS A MESS. some days it works, some days it doesn't. you almost need to test to see if they have online ordering turned on every hour if you want curbside (IE, don't want to wait outside in the cold for 30+min). hopefully they figure it out soon.

Probably the best thing I like about Bristol beyond hello is how quickly they serve everyone. I have never spent more than about 10 minutes at the very most in the waiting room. Everyone has always been pleasant every time I have gone in there. The staff seem to have a firm grasp on what they're doing there and the advice they have given me. They don't seem to be there just to greet you, ring you up, then say have a nice day like I have seen from some employees at various other dispensaries. At other places I have seen the employees look like it's their first job ever and they have no idea how to interact with the general public on a down to earth level like beyond hello Bristol employees, let alone trying to ask them any questions. Those other places have employees who give you half baked generic answers that don't really help much at all. Sometimes they just say that they don't know or they aren't sure and they ask one of their co-workers. But at beyond hello in Bristol I have never seen a confused employee. So I guess that's good. The prices on some of their products could be a tiny bit cheaper in my opinion but not by much because they are fairly even with most other dispensaries' pricing, so there is honestly no point for me to really bring that up. I just feel like I have seen some of their stuff go for $5-$15 more than other places. Which kind of deters me from going there sometimes. Especially seeing as how they don't have a rewards program yet like Liberty and some other dispensaries have. One of the things I like about the store is the way that it is laid out. I like how there is a separate exit door so there is a much nicer flow for the people traffic, especially when busy. I guess that is all that I can think of to say for now. Take care everyone!

The staff here is friendly and helpful every single time I visit. They're very knowledgeable and are able to recommend the appropriate products based on my expressed needs, which tend to change. I love this place! They welcome my 2 year old in here also, which is a HUGE support to us single parents, who literally have no one else. Love this place!!

nice people with good deals earlier but things changing, vet discount reduced from 20-10%. added a secret menu in store that if you get one cart you get 5 off, 2 get 15, 3 to get 30 but now is basically 5 dollars off per cart up to 3 carts so up to 15 off. it seems every time I come they add something awesome just to make it worse next week

Beyond hello is awesome my first time here was last week I’ve been going to the Collinsville dispensary but when I found out beyond hello takes my medical card and gives me 10% off I’m down you guys are awesome you got my business for now on the product was great the people were friendly and super close to St. Louis

Beyond is one of the best MMJ dispensaries in PA. After having my card for half a year now, I've been to about a dozen dispensaries. Beyond is easily in my top 3. Beyond offers some of the best new patient discounts around. They also maintain excellent stock levels of product that would otherwise be sold out elsewhere. If I am looking for a rare/limited strain, Beyond almost always has it. The staff really make you feel at home here and I would recommend this dispensary to anyone.

I walked into this place a total medicinal marijuana virgin, not knowing anything about anything when it came to medicinal marijuana. Instead of shaking their heads and muttering “Oh God another newbie”, they welcomed me right in. I was greeted with hellos and smiles and best of all, my customer service guy, Jim, took his time with me, educating me chapter and verse what works how and recommending which were the right products for me. Plus ,they have a veteran discount. Definitely the place to go, especially if you are new.
