this is my main dispensary, hit or miss on the carts and concentrates in general to be honest, haven’t had much flower from here but what ive had has been great, good selection of edibles, good selection of medical strains

Beyond Hello Normal is located right outside the city of Bloomington and is less than a 20-minute drive away from the Central Illinois Regional Airport at 501 West Northtown Rd in Normal, Illinois. It is near Heartland Community College and Fairview Park. Atmosphere
I shop here as it is the only med dispensary in town. The atmosphere is very stark. Bright florescent and empty waiting area. I don’t see anyone helping the customers at the kiosks. I have been left dangling quite a few times. More times than not, my flower is very dry and dusty. The counter people are unresponsive to my concerns and seemingly interested in their teammates in stead of me. I have been in contact with the manager and was offered a discount on my next purchase. I leave there feeling almost dirty. But as I said before, it’s the only MMJ dispensary in town. So it’s a difference of 34% in tax than going elsewhere. Please, make the place more: Esthetic and inviting. Outgoing staff that is not just there for a paycheck. The parking lot is trashed with horrific pot holes and lack of lighting when the signs aren’t lit up.
I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! In and out with a lil love and you always feel taken care of ... dont go anywhere els
