I absolutely love BIG! The flower is nice, the distillate carts are great. Higher potency edibles are on point. The care is there that I need/want, and it’s not only because of product, but also because of their wonderful staff. I adore every person I’ve met who works there. Roz, Courtney, Junior, Gabby, Mari…and everyone else I haven’t mentioned. Highly recommend visiting this crew.

The selection is wide and wonderful. The quality of products is dependable and consistent. The website that goes important and comprehensive information about each product and how it is produced and the staff are helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. It's a good vibe.
I live and travel a lot between the west coast and Hawaii and I have to say Kona Big Island Grown is one of the best! It always feels like Ohana helping me from the front door to the back counter, these bud tenders greet you with aloha from the moment you walk in and it doesn’t stop until you’re walking out. I’m deaf and I’ve always been treated with best service! The girls especially at Big Island Grown Kona have my back and I can’t say enough about them. I’ve been a customer since the dispensaries in Hawaii very first opened their doors and they are the best
