Bloom Medicinals - Springfield Dispensary

I've feel like this place ripped me off several times. 40 bucks is alot of money to just steal from someone. blatantly

I've shopped this dispensary since it's opened and can't even begin to visualize the money I've spent time and time again for them to not only cancel my orders when I order on a daily deal and even put in the comments that I'll be in on a certain date to pick up. Yet they cancel it tell me to place my order again and that's not why I order it when it's a daily deal. Yet again they done it to me this week. Oh well you won't get the deal when you ordered it yesterday but you will get the 30% off which will still cost me more than my original order. So I won't be getting my order nor will I be placing anymore with bloom. Highly disappointed in this as it has happened over a handful of times plus I'm a medical patient and apparently we don't matter now that recreational has been legalized. So guess I'll let me card expire and go rec seeing they aren't concerned about their customers just the money. So bloom is lucky I even gave them 2 stars.

Love the friendly atmosphere and the always joyful and friendly staff it was very relaxed atmosphere
