BaM Body and Mind Dispensary - Cleveland

On 4/20/24 The FRXsystem had gliches. I had a on line order. When I got there I was approached and told this. They also said all dispencaries were experiencing this. I came back once and luckily got my order. No other dispencaries I contacted were having issues. The handling and lack of communication not appreciated, plus they couldn't tell me that the soecials would carry over due to their issue. Very unhappy. Makes me re think that place. Don't feel appreciated at all.

people here are great, security guard need to relax. I was asked to move my car because I parked on a line, then again approached by security to ask why I was in my car so long and told ther was a 2 minute sitting in your car rule. I guess some People just have to prove their worth. I would purchase here again but security needs to chill.

this is the only dispensary in Ohio that I have been to. it is close to home. I have heard it's one of the best. my dislike is the selection of flower. many times you go in there and the selection is very limited and very weak. but a lot of times they have sherbhead which is become one of my favorite strains.

1st time anywhere. Im 30mins away with much closer places. They are open till 9pm. It was fast and very easy although I didn't feel rushed. Clean inside. I was in and out in about 10-12 mins and thats with the new patent form. More selection at the shop then on the website. Both kinds I got were quality . The teir 1 I got looks better than the teir 2. Got a day supply on sale for $25 thats pretty banger. Overall good experence. I will return

My Doctor recommended the best Cleveland westside dispensary in her opinion, was the Clubhouse Dispensary in Elyria. (www.Clubhouse Dispensary.com) for menu. It has a discreet location at the end of an industrial parkway. You ring the doorbell and they buzz you into the secure foyer, you show your card to a camera and they buzz you into the reception area. You give them your driver’s license, and they scan your card. First timers fill out a form with general info. There is a video board behind the counter that shows today’s menu and prices, THC/CBD levels and more. When the first sales representative is available, they escort you to the locked Showroom, that is well -lit and very impressive. There are a number of glass cases that contain samples of all the different products. They have bud, eatables, (gummies and tinctures), vape products and herb vaporizers. Your sales rep is completely knowledgeable about the correct products for your specific needs, and why this is better than that. Your rep. sticks with you, happy to explain everything. I saw a few “beginners” in the showroom and their reps were giving out very good advice about getting started and what methods would fit them best. All the reps were friendly and polite. The bud comes in 2.83 gram containers (1/10 of an oz.). This is a one day supply under Ohio law. My sales rep. suggested a Sativa strain with a high CBD count and moderate THC for daytime use, (it won’t automatically put me to sleep) and a pure Indica strain, for sleepy time. I vape it with a plant vaporizer I bought there. They have a very good price on the Gpen Elite, a solid unit. When its time to checkout, your rep takes you to the checkout counter where you pay (CASH ONLY, ATM in lobby) and the cashier gives you back your driver’s license. checks you out and prints labels for your containers. The labels have all kinds of info, such as THC/CBD levels, batch No., date picked, testing information. It’s just like CVS or Walgreens! To summarize: Clubhouse is a great dispensary with a great menu and the staff can’t be beat. Very impressive on all accounts.

UPDATE 3/20/2020: I added a this more positive review because I went back and had a good experience with Nate and he gladly showed expiration and what not. I am the type who wants to give more chances. I will up the rating the more I go and get the good experiences. I will keep my updates and what not.

Love this place. Every strain I got is great. Only negative I’ve had is I bought the dab tabs thinking I could just put them on my rig and found out they were made for puffco peaks and such. Wish the dispensers would have told me this before I bought.

Nice facility and staff, limited cart selection and that seems to be the case with all OH dispensaries. Definitely recommend

This location is one of the top ones in northeast Ohio in my opinion. The workers are educated and are happily helpful. The wait is always minimal with a professional atmosphere. Private parking lot. Only good things to say from my experiences here. Also, the strain of the day discount pushes me to try new things and is great to take advantage of. Highly recommend.

really liked everything about the place, right down to the music station they play & Chelsea was very knowledgeable & patient with me; it was worth the drive from Beachwood :)

I have checked out a few of the dispensaries around Cleveland and I like the atmosphere and staff here the most. Pretty sure this is my “go to” spot.
