Bud Barn - Lacey

This is by far my favorite place they are always amazing and helpful. I have never had a bad experience when I come in or order online. Great product and prices. This place has the BEST staff.

shopped here a million times my wife and i over the last 2 years, just sucks that my online order,(after i called and verified there was still a discount for ordering online) was not honored. said they never got it, i ordered thru leafly with products listed as onsale instock, none was true, still have screenshot of order, waa sposed to be 53, paid 65. went out my way for a sale that was non-existent. do not order thru leafly it wont work.stuff i had got i could of shopped closer at a sale thats always going on and gotten a cheaper price. grrrrrr!

False misleading advertising and I should know better! I had already placed the order and was going to drive over but was not notified. I called the store my order was there but they said the price had more than doubled! Glad I called. Customer service with the Bud Tenders there is over the top wonderful but this person who answered the phone was presumptuous that I should know what products go for what price I have spent less that that on an Oz at that store so how or why would I not think Bud Barn has killer deals sometimes.

Loved it

Bought an ounce of Rainier Sour Diesel. Turned out the entire ounce was old and moldy. Called Bud Barn and was assured they would replace the ounce after they talked to the producer. After a month I just gave up. Not going to shop here again. There are other places with much better customer service.
