Fun Fact: having been incorporated in 1857, we’re actually older than our friends to the north in British Columbia. We’re located right on the Washington-Oregon border near the Columbia River. Although located in Washington, we’re actually Portland’s largest suburb and the fourth largest city in Washington. We have some great nicknames. The ‘Couv, and most recently we’ve been dubbed Vansterdam after that other pot-friendly city, Amsterdam. For use by persons 21 and over only
