Best dispensary in the state hands down!!! Their menu is HUGE and always has a diverse selection of all different price points. They have great deals all the time too! I love ideal. I mentioned I love a certain straine.but can't find it anymore. Then the lady that works there tells me oh I ordered beach wedding it will be here tomorrow. That is awesome customer service. I wish I could get some position on staff I love the atmosphere. Allways have the good music playing just seem like a nice chill atmosphere. I shop here often and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and sometimes silly. Ideal craft always has the best deals around on pre-rolls. They have daily specials and every day low prices. It may be a small shop, but that doesn't mean less of a selection. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Keep up the good work.

I had a disappointing experience at this place. I went in, purchased a product, and had to return it because it was defective. Instead of handling the return professionally, they gave me unnecessary problems. Poor customer service and a frustrating process—don’t waste your time here.

Prices do not match what you are charged in store. Email said it would be $37.80 and I got charged $54 in store... The website is awful to use. Much to be desired.

Another dispensary in new england playing bait & switch. Don't send me a confirmation of my order only to tell me when I get to the door that you are having inventory issues and the one product you already confirmed isn't available. Then proceed to tell me you have nothing at that same price level to replace it. Last time I checked that's pretty illegal. Good luck
