Best dispensary in the state hands down!!! Their menu is HUGE and always has a diverse selection of all different price points. They have great deals all the time too! Everything I’ve ever purchased has been amazing quality. Staff is always friendly and informative. The vibe is always great and the budtenders make you feel so comfortable! I love ideal. I mentioned I love a certain straine.but can't find it anymore. Then the lady that works there tells me oh I ordered beach wedding it will be here tomorrow. That is awesome customer service. I wish I could get some position on staff I love the atmosphere. Allways have the good music playing just seem like a nice chill atmosphere. I shop here often and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and sometimes silly. Ideal craft always has the best deals around on pre-rolls. They have daily specials and every day low prices. It may be a small shop, but that doesn't mean less of a selection. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Keep up the good work.

Prior to my visit I emailed the product specialist, for recommendations. She listed some products based on My experiences and symptoms. She was extremely knowledgeable, in depth, helpful and compassionate during that process! That conversation encouraged me to order online, which was relatively easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I arrived for curbside pickup and the process was very quick, and professional. All staff I came in contact with were friendly as well, overall it was a great experience for my first time going through a dispensary, I will be back ! P.S Ive seen complaints over prices for some things, but based on my order I found it to be worth it.

I got a great deal, but I felt really uncomfortable. My mom and son were in the car, so the owner showed up to look in my car. He claimed he was there to tell us we parked wrong. We were the only people there, and parked perfectly between the white lines. Now I'm stuck with an airopro battery and nobody else sells the airopods. I have seizures and can't drive myself, so I will always have someone in the car waiting for me. It certainly rubbed me the wrong way. I can't fault the bud tenders, they were really great and the prices were great.

I randomly discovered this dispensary a few months back, based on their old name. I placed an order online for curbside pickup, and the entire transaction was smooth and super easy. Since then, I've made it a point to shop in the store. The atmosphere is awesome, with more of a 1-on-1 interaction with the budtenders. Some places like this can be a bit much in terms of sensory issues, but this place is laid back and very chill. The budtenders I've interacted with have all been very friendly and knowledgeable about the product they're selling. I definitely recommend this dispensary and will continue to do so!

Another dispensary in new england playing bait & switch. Don't send me a confirmation of my order only to tell me when I get to the door that you are having inventory issues and the one product you already confirmed isn't available. Then proceed to tell me you have nothing at that same price level to replace it. Last time I checked that's pretty illegal. Good luck

I just started comming here & now I go there every few days never once had a bad experience at all !!! Great prices & deals & the Budtenders I’ve meet are all awesome help me out tell me if there’s a deal I missed. They remember you & are extremely one on one with you,.. even all the ID checkers at the door are AWESOME PEOPLE !! I really would give this place a lot more than 5 stars if I could !!! GREAT PEOPLE , PRICES & ATMOSPHERE !!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this place. I went in, purchased a product, and had to return it because it was defective. Instead of handling the return professionally, they gave me unnecessary problems. Poor customer service and a frustrating process—don’t waste your time here.
