I loved the atmosphere and great customer service. It is a great beautiful place. Their cannabis has a ton of variety and works very well! I will definitely be going there again! It is over all a great place for everyone as well as pets too!

U just need to know about cannabis before going to any store first of all nd don't expect that they will just give U the best advice obviously they will recommend whatever the trend is so for obvious reasons just "Instruct Yourself Peoples" there's a lot of Info. Stopped by and bought 2 8ths of NYC Haze (piff) barely got 3 blunts worth. Mostly sticks and stems can’t believe you sold this to customers. Wrote to customer service and no response. Wasted $110. SMH

I might be biased but I've visited this shop probably a dozen times and I've always been greeted, I've never had a hard time getting help, and even when I go in with a small budget, the staff always find a deal that gets me out the door with more than I thought I could afford. Also on a more personal note, as a trans person they've been very welcoming and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

First off I’ve been to many dispensaries in the greater western Massachusetts area, and have found this is the best atmosphere as soon as your guided into the shop. I enjoy the fact this location is set in a classic New England factory, as it sets a great atmosphere and utilizes a space from Holyoke’s rich history of being the paper city! As soon as you walk in you’ll notice the brick interior that has been decorated wonderfully with displays of cannabis products. Which sets it apart from other dispensaries in the area, as there is no open displays just glass displays hiding its products and not really allowing the customer to see and get a real feel for the items there selling. This unique shopping experience is truly its own, and makes you feel invited and encourage to be part of the experience, instead of being rushed to a glass counter to place your order. I have found the menu here to be similar to others in the area, selling the more recognized Massachusetts brands. What really made this trip a true experience was the customer service. First they actually answered the phone and answered all my questions. I’ve called other dispensaries in the area with no answer during operation hours or just an answer from someone with a mono tone voice, and Uninformative information. So please go here and make a new experience for yourself you won’t regret it! And if you have an issue with any of the products please don’t bash them through a review they just sell these products there not making them, so contact them before leaving a bad review, because this place deserves the support and the best rating!

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Building is unique, but very easy to find your way in. The shop was set up like a boutique that you could poke around in for a bit. Bring a friend!

My first time going was this weekend and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The staff was amazing from the gentleman checking my ID to the guide that I had that literally answered my millions of questions, it was amazing trip. (Ha ha- get it.) The place was clean, friendly & knowledgeable staff and great products to boot! Check them out!!

If supporting a dispensary that skirts the CCC regulations on the regular is where you'd like to spend your hard earned money, then by all means, join the "cannafam". But in my opinion there are other, better dispensaries in the community.

this is by far the best dispensary in western mass hands down. great product to choose from. the staff is SO friendly and helpful. this is my preferred dispensary and i will always recommend it to my friends.

Cana Provisions in Holyoke Ma is by far one of my favorite Western Ma dispensaries. Im always greeted by friendly knowledgeable people that always seem to know exactly what you are looking for. The selection is incredible featuring dozens of different brands of herbal products along with local glass pieces and fun weed products. Their store is gorgeous and reminds me more of a classic general store vs the jewelry store atmosphere where all your products are sold in glass cases.

I have been here a few times. I was greeted by this super friendly gentleman with a neck tattoo and a ripndip hoodie. I’m assuming was the manager. He is super knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick the perfect one for my pain. As long as he is here to help when I come back again. I will continue to shop here. The staff on the other hand isn’t so great. The supervisors and the staff don’t give the management respect.

I love to go in there the product i bought the phone home disposable vape was awesome and the ghani i bought was great.... Awesome place too very knowledgeable staff!!!!
