***READ THIS*** DON'T EVER BUY FROM CANNA PROVISIONS! I will describe my THIRD experience with Canna Provisions here:
My first experience was in June, 2020. I pre-ordered 1/2oz Sour Diesel and thought it would be reserved. I drove 2.5 hours from NY to find that Canna Provisions prioritizes walk-in customers by taking products from pre-orders. It's a smart tactic, as it maximizes walk-in sales while leaving pre-order customers "trapped." When I drove hours for my pre-order and found out it had been given away to a walk-in customer, I was surprised but figured it was a mistake. I made complaint to the store but found some other products I thought I'd like, so I figured "Hey, everyone makes mistakes!" I ordered something else and didn't think much of it. Similar attitude to when you order something from McDonalds Drive-Thru and they're out.
Second experience, August, 2020. I knew they didn't have all their eggs in one basket at this point. I figured I'd do them a favor and go over my prior night's online order the day of pick-up to make sure it would be ready when I drove up from NY. A lady on the phone very happily lied to me that it was ready for me to come by.
"Great," I said at 12pm. "I'm on my way!" I had ordered Thursday night and called Friday afternoon. Seems like I had done more than my due diligence at this point and hopped in the car, thinking Canna Provisions had things handled after confirming twice.. I live in NY, so I wanted to make sure my trip was worth it..

FOLLOW-UP - There is a "Head of Marketing" at Canna Provisions. His name is Sean. He reached out to me and said that these two back-to-back situations are a fluke and that they'd never happen again. He called me and talked to me on the phone. He invited me to come up to MA again and said that he MAY be able to meet up.
I understand we're all busy and didn't need to talk to him specifically. I let Sean know Tuesday, 9/29/2020 at 7:01pm that I would be heading up to Holyoke in 2 weeks and was hoping to resolve the issue. He was excited to meet me and made me feel comfortable over the phone. I can't believe I was so fooled. He said that he might be occupied that weekend but would try to meet me and if not, there was a manager willing to take care of the issue. Please don't ever trust anyone named Sean representing Canna Provisions. He blows magnificent steam.
We had been in contact all week when on Friday, 10/2/2020 at 4:40pm Sean let me know that I could speak to the Easthampton manager, but that he would try his best to meet me.
At 9:54am on 10/3/2020 Sean texted me saying that the Easthampton manager was willing to meet me but that he would check in with me that afternoon. I let him know at 10:24am that morning that I was in no rush and would be willing to wait. I had got a hotel room the night before just so I could be around all day to accommodate his schedule.
Sean will meet your courtesy with complete disrespect. He continued to ignore me the entire day, after spending 2 weeks telling me that communication was in a good place. He had previously answered all my calls, all my texts, made me feel like my problem was being solved. I told him days ahead of time I would be coming. He confirmed he knew I was coming and said he'd try and meet me. As the date got closer, I knew it might not be possible to meet him, but told him I'd try and that I would make myself available the best I can.
I drove up Friday night, stayed the night, woke up Saturday morning and...Sean took this opportunity to disappear. 2 weeks of talking with me to fix the first 2 times I had shopped with Canna Provisions. He told me to tell me when I was coming. I did. God, I'm so dumb. I can't believe I believed him. I told him weeks in advance and reminded many times. He told me that he was excited to meet me and that he was hoping to be in town and that he'd "check in to see if you're around." (9:54am, 10/3/2020).
"No worries, I'll head over later today, no rush" I said, (10:24am 10/3/2020).
I waited and eventually thought to text him after some time. "Let me know if there's a good time to come by, no plans rest of day" I said, 2:54pm 10/3/2020.
I had let him know what my plans are weeks in advance, which he had confirmed, so I didn't think he'd just ignore me after coming up.
"What's the plan? Hoping to get the rest of my evening figured out" I texted him at 5:12pm after sitting in my hotel room all day waiting for a single text back.
Sean let me know at 6:14pm 10/3/2020 that he was hanging out with a friend and his phone was off (even though his messages were confirmed delivered until around 3pm). It's people like this that give the Marijuana industry a bad name because they're too stoned to take care of business first.
