First time trying them out, their website was very hard to navigate on desktop, not as bad on mobile. Says they are doing curbside pickup or delivery but no option to choose which one, only curbside as far as I could tell. When I pulled up they had their signage for pickup in front of their store, which was in front of a yellow curb, so I pulled ahead in front of the few cars already waiting, and clicked the "I'm here" button provided for when you're there to pick-up. I waited for ten minutes and watched the two people get helped and leave behind me, so I called the store and told them I was here for pickup. They verified who I was and said they would send someone out right away. I waited another ten minutes, watched two more cars get helped and leave behind me, and I called again. I know I sounded irritated, but calmly told them what had happened. They sent someone out right away and I was finally helped. I live minutes away and this trip took me half an hour.

I loved it, the people, the atmosphere, the bud....but even more importantly, they had respect for me. All very impressive for my first visit. I was out of line in my last review of Cannavista. I overreacted to a situation that was out of the dispensaries control. Cannavista provides quality flower with a quality atmosphere and I recommend this location.

Nothing on the menu is listed as Rec or Med so when it asked me for my med card info I assumed the product I was buying was medical not the case found that out when asking why the price was so high when paying. Figured I would at least get the 10% off for my first time I saw ok the app but that's only for the medical products I thought I was buying. Instead I left with a brown 82$ gram of bho and a bud tender who seemed annoyed I even ask about it.
