Buyer Beware!! I made an order for CBD oil for my sick dog. I needed just the plain, unflavored oil so I ordered the “Natural”. My invoice reflected the same. What I received was flavored mango/peach. I will not be giving this to her. I have made several attempts to communicate with Carolina Hemp Hut. I haven’t opened the box and bottle because I want to return it for an exchange of the correct CBD. The phone number(s) on their site and invoice don’t work, one number I called I was able to leave a message but no response. Their web addresses don’t work. Every time I try to email them, the message gets bounced back to me. These people are happy to take your money but don’t follow through. They do supposedly have an A+ BBB rating. I don’t know how that can be. Some of the customer reviews after the sale were not very positive. I have reported them to the BBB and my credit card company. In order to place this review they ask questions about: Is this your first time here- yes I’d recommend this place to a friend (no) I’d shop here again (no) The review will not successfully post unless I answer these questions. I tried leaving the second and third one blank but they only want positive reviews. Think twice about buying from them. There are dozens of other companies to choose from.

I have ordered online several times with no issue and quick delivery. I called the owner, by mistake thinking I was calling a representative, and she was so nice and helpful. So, so nice that I hope she's inside one of the stores I'll pass by/stop in when I go to the beach next Sunday.

Ben and Brandon are a couple of the best folks at Carolina help hut, they have great personalities and always are willing to lend a hand and their expertise which is endless. We always share good laughs. if you're looking for a small town feel and vibes they're the way to go. Very great products never fails

Wide variety of products and very good THCA flower, some of the best in the area. The staff have a good knowledge of the products they offer, and they have COAs for everything as well. I recommend trying the Trop Cherry or the Orangutan Titties, those are super solid in my opinion!
